AlpMagic is a group of International Mountain Leaders based in Italy. We are all members of UIMLA – the Union of International Mountain Leader Associations.
Believing that teamwork makes us stronger, we joined forces in 2025 to share our skills, experience, and individual specialties, offering a reliable and professional service to international trekking agencies, municipalities, tourism offices, companies, associations, and groups of mountain enthusiasts.
We are women and men of different ages, backgrounds, and interests, united by professional competence, reliability, a deep knowledge of the mountains, and a strong commitment to environmental respect and sustainability.
At the heart of our work, however, are above all people: their aspirations, their sensitivity, and their human potential.
We speak English fluently, and some of us also speak German and French. Each of us has an in-depth knowledge of the main hiking regions of Italy and Europe, with our own passions and areas of specialization.
In addition to guiding groups in the mountains, around lakes, and along some of Europe’s most beautiful coastlines, we can provide logistical support and develop new itineraries for international trekking agencies. We also design team-building experiences, organize hiking lessons for families and groups, plan trail running training sessions for amateur athletes, lead mountain bike outings, and offer Hike & Fly experiences.
